1. Original Paintings:

   • Return Conditions: Original paintings must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of paintings that have been damaged during the return process.

   • Return Period: You have 10 business days from the date of receipt to return the painting. Returns received after this period will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

   • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the painting arrives safely.

   • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the painting is returned within the 10 business day window and in its original condition.

2. Prints:

   • All prints are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on prints.
